Pure Kona Coffee: Our Kona coffee beans are not a blend, they are 100% Kona coffee whole bean. We don’t mix it with lower quality coffee varieties and the Kona coffee producers we work with are some of the most respected in Hawaii.
Gourmet Coffee: These famous green coffee beans (i.e. raw coffee beans) are considered to be among the best coffee beans in the world. Sweet, balanced and very smooth, with impressive caramel flavor notes. Truly exquisite Hawaii coffee.
Kona Typica: These unroasted coffee beans are of the Kona Typica varietal. They were grown at an altitude of 1800 to 2300 feet (550 to 700 meters) in the Kona district of the Big Island of Hawaii. Harvested by hand, only perfectly ripe coffee cherries are picked. This specialty coffee was processed by the washed/wet method.
Green Coffee Beans for Roasting: Single origin coffee for roasting with a coffee bean roaster. We recommend that coffee roasters for home use are set to a medium roast profile to best experience the beautiful notes of these Hawaiian coffee beans.
Commitment to Environment and Community: Hayman partners with the Specialty Coffee Association and the Association for Coffee Excellence to promote sustainability, quality, and fairness in the coffee community.
