If there is water in the tank but the display flashes “Add Water”, we suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps below: Unplug the coffeemaker. Plug in the coffeemaker. Press STRONG and MIN buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. You will hear a beep. Wait 30 seconds. Coffeemaker is now ready for use.
